These terms apply to brokers/companies who register on MySocietyEntry to provide services, handle leads, and participate in platform programs.
Eligibility & verification
You confirm the information and documents you submit are accurate. We may verify details and request additional documents. Submissions may be approved, rejected, or kept pending.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Any activity from your account may be treated as authorized by you.
Use of platform
You agree to use the platform ethically, follow applicable laws, and not submit misleading information or spam. We may suspend access for violations.
Leads, service conduct & quality
When you receive a lead, you must respond professionally and provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and scope. Misrepresentation or harassment is not allowed.
Prohibited actions
Do not attempt to scrape data, bypass security, manipulate workflows, submit fake documents, or create duplicate accounts. Do not contact residents/societies outside permitted channels without consent.
Data & communication
We may contact you about verification, onboarding, leads, and program updates. Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
Fees, payouts & taxes
If you register as a company, you agree to provide valid tax details for invoicing/payouts where applicable.
Compliance
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including advertising, tax, and consumer protection requirements. Bribes, kickbacks, and unethical inducements are prohibited.
Termination & enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect policy violations, fraud, or security risk. You may stop using the platform at any time, but outstanding obligations may still apply.
